PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. 

SHIPPING INFO

After an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.

We ship orders Monday through Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from the time of receipt.
If your order is received by 2:00 PM EST (our National Distribution Center local time) on a business day, we strive to ship it the same day.

Please note that processing times may vary during local or national holidays.

A shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, will be sent as soon as it ships. We ship from National Distribution Center621 US Highway 46 W Hasbrouck Heights, NJ – 07604, and offer USPS & UPS shipping. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at check-out.

Please confirm your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase; we cannot guarantee any updates on incorrect addresses once your order has been placed. Ghirelli® USA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to inaccuracies. 

If a package does not arrive, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of shipping so we can assist you to the best of our ability.
